How nice that we can welcome you at one of our events.

To make the convention as fun and safe as possible, the organization has drawn up rules. When entering the event location, the visitor automatically agrees to these house rules.

  1. GENERAL
    It is permitted to leave and re-enter during the event on presentation of the wristband obtained at the box office, which must always be visibly worn. Visitors have plenty of food and drink options.
  2. AGE
    Visitors are required to identify themselves in accordance with the legal identification requirement (identity card, passport or driving licence). If you do not have proof of identity with you, if requested, access to the event may be refused. Children up to the age of 12 have free access to the event when accompanied by an adult and on presentation of a valid ID.
  3. ZERO TOLERANCE DRUG POLICY
    All InknArt Events are drug-free events and therefore have a zero tolerance policy. It is forbidden to use drugs at the event. Upon detection of this you will be removed from the event site. It is forbidden to possess drugs during the event. Upon detection of this you will be removed from the event site. It is forbidden to deal drugs during the event. Upon detection of this, the visitor will be removed from the event site and the visitor may be handed over to the police.
  4. ACCESS UNDER THE INFLUENCE
     It is forbidden to enter the event site under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. If this is found, access will be denied.
  5. ACCESS
     To gain access to an event of Ink n Art Events you must be in possession of a valid entrance ticket. Tickets are available via our website, Facebook or at the box office. To avoid disappointment, we advise you not to buy tickets through other channels, such as Marktplaats. The entrance tickets have a unique code, making them impossible to counterfeit. So copying is pointless. Our organization fully adheres to the government guidelines/
  6. ACCESS CONTROL
     Every visitor can be checked by a security officer when entering the event. It is permitted to request that the check be carried out by an employee of the same sex. Completely refusing the check will result in access being denied. This control is in place to protect all visitors, guests, employees and performers in connection with general safety.
  7. FOLLOW DIRECTIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS
     Directions and instructions from the organization and/or (security) personnel must be followed immediately.
  8. CLOTHING
     Wearing nationalistic, political or football club expressions in clothing is prohibited, also MC colors, this refers in particular to the vests and support clothing of the various MCs. This will be checked at the entrance, among other things. The organization reserves the right to deny access to the event if it is of the opinion that the above dress code is not being met.
  9. IT IS FORBIDDEN TO ENTER THE EVENT WITH THE FOLLOWING
    Soft drugs, hard drugs, foodstuffs other than baby food, (alcoholic) drinks, glassware, (plastic) bottles, cans, pets and animals, objects with discriminatory and/or provocative texts and/or expressions, striking, stabbing, fire or thrusting weapons or other objects that could be used as a weapon, objects that could negatively affect the safety, health or well-being of visitors, aerosol cans, atomizers, fireworks, flares, professional video, audio, recording and photo equipment with the permission of the organization (described below not understand, digital compact cameras and mobile phones with a photo camera function). If necessary, ask in advance if you still want to take a photo with the FLASH function.
  10. TRADE AND SALES
     It is prohibited to sell and/or offer merchandise on and/or around the event site and the parking spaces without the permission of the organization.
  11. THEFT AND LOSS
     Visitors are responsible for their belongings. The organization cannot be held liable for theft, destruction and/or loss of items. The organization advises not to bring valuables to an event and/or leave them in the car.
  12. First Aid
     There is an extensive first aid post at the event. In addition, the employees of the first aid will keep a close eye on the guests for possible unwellness and/or disturbances. Follow the instructions of our employees and emergency services at all times. In the event of an emergency, we advise you to remain calm and to contact security and/or the organisation.
  13. PHOTO, VIDEO, SOUND RECORDING
     Everyone who enters the event site gives permission for video, photo and sound recordings to be made in which the visitor may appear. The organization can request without payment for video and photographic material with and/or without marking from the personn who take the photo or video and uses these recordings for promotional purposes.
  14. PARKING
     Parking is entirely at your own risk.
  15. SMOKING
     A general smoking ban applies in all areas and in all toilet cabins and/or other facilities on the event site. It is allowed to smoke in the open air and/or in the designated smoking area.
  16. YOUR OWN RISK
     Entering the event site is at your own risk. InknArt Events or the employees who actively work for the organization cannot be held liable for any injury and/or material damage or immaterial damage that the visitor(s) of the location and/or the event may experience. The organization is not liable or responsible between the transaction of visitor and participant.
  17. TATTOOS DURING THE EVENT
     Getting a tattoo during the event is only possible if you are not under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. The minimum age for this is 18 years unless there is permission from the organization. You must also complete a permission form which can be found on our website under " Downloads ". The organization is not liable or responsible between the transaction of the visitor and the tattoo artist or trader!
  18. TATTOO BOOTH OR VENDORSTAND CANCELATION

If you want to cancel your booking more then 30 days prior the booked event , we don't do a refund and we can replace your booking to one of our other events of your choice.

If you want to cancel your booking less then 30 but more then 14 days prior the booked event, we don't refund amd cut your payment to 50% other 50% are administration costs. the 50% remaining can be used to choose one of our other events with additional payment to complete the 100% of new booking.

If you want to cancel your booking less then 14 days prior the booked event,  we don't refund and booker will loose 100%  payment, no replacement of booking available. Want to book one of the other events booker needs to pay again full booking costs.

  19. OTHER SITUATIONS
 In situations not covered by the house rules, the organization decides on possible measures to be taken. The organization's decision in this regard is binding.
The organization is not responsible for any appointment made between visitor and participant.
There will also be no refund on purchased admission tickets and/or purchased consumption tokens.
In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, access will be refused/denied, without refund of the admission ticket and/or other costs. If access is refused/denied, the event site must be left immediately.
Every visitor is deemed to have acquainted himself with these house rules.
